Knaresborough RUFC are a family friendly club that supports each players needs. We welcome players and supporters from all walks of life, no matter the previous experience you have had within our great sport.
Knaresborough RUFC have successfully created a family like bond throughout our 41 years of service to the sport through providing encouragement to our players and our loyal supporters through whatever life may throw at us. Training
Every Wednesday from 19:00 to 20:15 PM
Training at Knaresborough RUFC focuses on getting our players to their peak fitness and performance. Consisting of passing, tackling and endurance drills, our training sessions offer great, fun ways to learn new skills and get fit. Anyone is welcome to come to training, no matter if how much experience they have with the sport.
